Our work with schools

We work with schools to help them:

• understand the effect that prejudice, stereotyping and bias has on minority students

• take racism seriously as a safeguarding issue

• explore ways that everyone (including teachers) can call out racist behaviour and ensure all incidents are dealt with


• develop better, more enlightened citizens

We can offer a few different types of sessions:

Teacher training

We offer anti-racism training sessions for teachers.

Drama sessions



We use a technique called forum theatre. During these sessions, we ask minority students to describe incidents that they’ve experienced, and then re-enact them using actors. We’ll then offer suggestions about how the scenarios could have played out differently.

Student-lead sessions


Affinity groups are student-lead sessions where students of colour can connect, share experiences, have a voice, and find solidarity. We are on hand to offer support, but e content of these sessions is developed by the students themselves. They decide how they want to communicate their experiences and how we can empower them.

Bespoke events and training
